Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the UK mainland only.

Shipping rates
Shipping is a flat rate of £5 per order. We require a minimum order of 2 pouches.

Dispatch days
We dispatch on Tuesdays and Thursdays to ensure your order arrives fresh. Orders placed after our dispatch cutoff will be sent on the next available dispatch day.

Delivery
We ship via next-day delivery, so your cookies will arrive the day after dispatch — either Wednesday or Friday.

Packaging
Your cookie dough is shipped frozen in insulated packaging to keep it at the right temperature during transit.

Important
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as it contains frozen goods that should be transferred to the freezer immediately upon arrival.
